Neuro Recall Website Privacy Policy
Quick answer
These pages set no cookies and run no analytics. The site's host keeps standard server logs, and Google Fonts sees your IP address when the typeface loads. Orders and payments happen on the official order page, so your card never touches these pages. The FAQ search and fit check run only in your browser. Effective October 11, 2026.
What does this privacy policy cover?
This policy covers neurorecallmemory.com, the Neuro Recall information website run by Neurorecallmemory, a USA Authorized Retailer with an office at 110 William Street, Floor 19, New York, NY 10038. It explains what data a visit creates, who receives it and what we do with it. It takes effect on October 11, 2026.
In short: these pages set no cookies, run no analytics and never see your payment card. Two outside parties can tell that you visited: the company that hosts the site, which keeps standard server logs, and Google Fonts, which supplies the typeface.
How does data move when you use this site?
Each action sends data to a different place, or to no place at all. The track follows a typical visit; the table lists every flow.
- 1
You open a page
Your browser asks the host for the page, and the host's server logs the request.
- 2
The font loads
Your browser fetches the typeface from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address.
- 3
You read and tap
Search, the fit check and the routine player run in your browser and send nothing.
- 4
You choose to order
An order button takes you to the official order page.
- 5
You pay there
Card and address go to that checkout and its order desk, not to these pages.
| What you do | Data involved | Who receives it | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| Opening a page | IP address, page, time, browser type, referring page | The company that hosts this site | Running and securing the site |
| Font download | IP address, browser type | Google Fonts | Showing the typeface |
| FAQ search, fit check, routine player | Nothing leaves your browser | No one | Not applicable |
| Email to the website desk | Your email address and message | Neurorecallmemory | Answering you |
| Order and payment | Name, address, card, order ID | The official order page and order desk | Filling the order |
| Call or email to the order desk | Your number or email, and what you say | The order desk | Order and refund help |
What do the server logs record?
Like almost every website, the server that delivers these pages logs each request. A log line usually holds the IP address, the page asked for, the date and time, the browser and device type, and the page that linked to us.
Logs are used only to keep the site running, find broken links and spot abuse such as automated attacks. We do not use them to identify readers, and we do not combine them with other data.
Does this site use cookies, analytics or tracking?
No. As of October 11, 2026, these pages set no cookies, store nothing in your browser's storage, and run no analytics, heat-map, advertising or social media scripts. The one script file handles the menu, animations and the in-page tools.
If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change goes live, and the effective date will move. The order page may use its own cookies; its own terms cover them.
Who handles your order and payment data?
The official order page and its order desk do, not these information pages. The seller pack lists the desk's phone line, +1 (302) 200-3480, as the BuyGoods default order desk, and its email is [email protected].
Your card number, billing address and order history do not pass through the pages you are reading, and the website email cannot look them up. The order rules are summed up in our Neuro Recall terms and conditions.
What happens when you email the website desk?
Messages to [email protected] are read Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET, and used only to answer you. We keep them while we need them to reply or to meet a legal duty, then delete them. No fixed number of days has been set.
If you write about an order, we will point you to the order desk. We do not forward your message to anyone without asking you first.
What privacy rights do you have?
Several US states give residents rights over their personal information. These usually include the right to know what is collected, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted ads.
Because we collect so little, most requests are simple. Write to [email protected] and say what you want; you will not be treated differently for asking. For order data, contact the order desk, which holds it.
Reading about memory, medicines or side effects can feel personal. We do not build profiles, tag readers by health interest, or share browsing data with advertisers or data brokers.
Children, security and changes to this policy

This site is not meant for children, and Neuro Recall is sold for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If a child has written to us, tell us and we will delete the message.

Privacy policy: frequently asked questions
Does the Neuro Recall website use cookies?
No. As of October 11, 2026, these pages set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising trackers.
Does this site see my card number?
No. Payment is taken on the official order page, and card details go to that checkout, not to these information pages.
Is my answer to the fit check saved?
No. The fit check, the routine player and the FAQ search run inside your browser. Nothing you tap or type in them is saved or sent.
Does Neurorecallmemory sell my personal information?
No. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising on other websites.
Why does Google receive my IP address?
The site's typeface loads from Google Fonts. Your browser asks Google's servers for the font file, and that request shows your IP address, as any web request does.
How do I ask you to delete my emails?
Write to [email protected] from the address you used and ask us to delete your messages. We will confirm when it is done.
Who holds my Neuro Recall order data?
The order desk behind the official order page. The seller pack lists its line, +1 (302) 200-3480, as the BuyGoods default order desk; its own privacy terms apply to your order.
